There is a 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows and cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, it will get cancelled and you will need to reschedule. You will also be subjected to the cancellation fee above. A no-show will result in the inability to book future appointments. Any cancellation fees must be processed before scheduling any future appointments.
